Robert A. Halvorson, S.E., P.E., FIStructE, has over 30 years of experience in significant structural engineering projects worldwide, including most recently the 250 meter Torre Repsol in Madrid, the 85 story Dubai International Financial Center and Chicago’s first post-9/11 office tower, the Hyatt Center.
